These terms of use constitute an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Rules framed there under, as applicable and amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
The domain name – https://www.icamindia.org, internet-based alternate dispute resolution chamber of arbitration and mediation, are owned and operated by Cadre Trust and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorized service providers under the brand name and style “Indian Chambers for Arbitration and Mediation” (hereinafter referred to as “ICAM” or “we” or “our” or “us”). the domain name is referred to as the “ICAM – ADR services”. Your access or use of the ICAM ADR services, transaction on the ICAM ADR services, and use of services (as defined herein below) hosted or managed remotely through the ICAM ADR services, are governed by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the terms of use”), including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. these terms of use constitute a legal and binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your” or the “user”) on one part and ICAM on the other part.
By accessing, browsing or in any way transacting on the platform, or availing any service on the ICAM ADR services as provided by ICAM and its affiliates, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms of use. ICAM and its affiliates make every effort to provide reliable information. The conditions of any links to external websites that ICAM ADR services does not control, as well as ICAM’S privacy policy, apply. the accessibility of these external websites or resources is not under the control of ICAM, and the organization neither supports nor accepts liability for any advertising, merchandise, or other items found on or made available through such websites or resources. By using any of the services that ICAM provides, you understand that you will be bound by the terms of this agreement. Please do not use the website or any services if you disagree with any element of the agreement. ICAM will have the exclusive right to refuse you access to the website and services.

- • ICAM is an alternate dispute resolution platform built for quick, economical, and effective resolution of your legal disputes. we have created ICAM arbitration rules and mediation rules. by accepting the terms & conditions you acknowledge and agree to all the rules and regulations of the ICAM ADR services
- • The contents on the ICAM ADR services including information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, design, and the collection, arrangement and assembly of content, solely contains content provided by ICAM including without limitation, text, copy, audio, video, photographs, illustrations, graphics and other visuals (collectively, “content”). The content is the property of ICAM and is protected under copyright, trademark and other applicable law(s). You shall not modify the content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.
- • You represent and warrant to ICAM that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to use the ICAM ADR services and agree to and abide by these terms of use.

- • Belongs to another person and to which the such user does not have any right;
- • Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
- • Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual proprietary rights of any third party;
- • Violates any law for the time being in force;
- • Impersonates another person;
- • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; is prohibited under applicable law(s) for the time being in force including the Indian penal code, 1860, as amended from time to time and rules made there under; and
- • Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
- • Violating or attempting to violate the integrity or security of the ICAM - ADR services;
- • Transmitting any information on or through the ICAM - ADR services that is disruptive;
- • Intentionally submitting on the ICAM - ADR services any incomplete, false or inaccurate information;
- • Making any unsolicited communications;
- • Using any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (such as spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the ICAM ADR services;
