The Council establishes and updates Rules and procedures governing arbitration and mediation proceedings, aligning them with evolving legal standards and industry best practices. Additionally, it manages a panel of qualified arbitrators, mediators, and experts. Beyond its regulatory function, the Council serves as a platform for fostering collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing among members, bolstering the Chamber’s credibility.
